The extraction equipment is a kind of mass transfer equipment used for extraction operation. The main purpose is to realize the mass transfer between two liquid phases, and finally realize the perfect separation of the components of the material and liquid. In the extraction equipment, usually a droplet is dispersed in another phase and seldom dispersed in liquid film state. The extraction equipment provided by DEA is divided into rotary tray extraction column, sieve plate extraction column, vibration extraction column and extraction tank (also called mixed clarification extraction equipment) according to the structure.

The herbs are loaded in the punched hole screen basket and lifted and loaded by crane into thetank, use steam or other heat source to boil, then get into a storage tank after filtering.

The low-temperature concentrator which designed of vacuum theory will evaporate and cool theresidual water and alcohol to alcohol water, finally be recovered and used again by distiller.
